ATTENTION ALL FULL-TIME EMPOYEES:

We want to inform you about an update regarding the distribution of 1095-B and 1095-C forms under the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act. Employers are no longer required to automatically distribute these forms. However, if you need a copy of your 1095-B or 1095-C form, you can request one from Human Resources.

Once requested, we will provide the form within 30 days. If you would like to request your form or have any questions, please contact your HR representative or your Employer.
